I've been in the coaching world for over 7 years. I focused more on physical health in the beginning and evolved into focusing on relationships and intimacy over the last 4 years

There are a lot of factors that come into play including but not limited to your history, desired outcome, willingness to be vulnerable, and level of commitment to personal growth. I like to think of this as a personal trainer for your mind which is a good tool for comparisons sake. I also have many clients that continue to have sessions as needed over many years for maintenance. There are always new layers that get peeled back, new triggers to overcome, new relationships to navigate.

We typically move beyond talking from a mental level by dropping deeper into the body. Accessing ourselves in this way allows for more genuine expression, desire, and space for healing and embodied learning to arise. I also show up fully in a personal way to create a desired relationship model that you can organically integrate into your home life. There is an emphasis on experiential learning.
